50 Easy Keto Recipes (Keto – the best diet to lose weight fast)
The ketogenic diet (keto diet) is having a bit of a moment right now, and for good reason! It’s an amazing way to lose weight as well as improve energy levels, reduce blood pressure, maintain consistent insulin levels (aka control your blood glucose/sugar) and it’s delicious too.
The basic idea is that you eat a diet high in fat, moderates amount of protein and low carb, forcing your body to use fat for energy instead of glucose. That’s right, fat doesn’t make you fat, if anything fat equals weight loss
I’m not going to go into too much detail here because I know you’re excited for the recipes! But if you want some more general information on the keto diet (like benefits and how it works) then have a look at this blog post from Keto Dash and for even more information have a look at this book called: The Keto Diet: The Complete Guide to a High-Fat Diet, with More Than 125 Delectable Recipes and 5 Meal Plans to Shed Weight, Heal Your Body, and Regain Confidence

I super wanted to write this post mainly for myself because I plan to move onto a keto way of eating to control my weight and body fat (I’m the sort of person who only has to look at a carb and I put on 10 pounds). I have tried keto before and absolutely loved it, the food you eat is just sooooo good!
Bu as with any diet be sure to seek medical advice from your Doctor to ensure that the diet won’t harm you. One person’s cure is another’s poison after all (okay I made that up and it’s a bit extreme but you get the idea).

KETO MEAL PLANNING
Starting a new way of eating can be super overwhelming and a lot of people find meal plans to be really helpful.
Because I am one of those people, I have made sure to include 14 recipes each for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So this blog post is basically a two-week meal plan! YAY!!!
Just follow a new recipe each day and you’re all set to get healthy, lose weight and enjoy this new way of eating!
