Sammy’s Health and Weight Loss Diary

 

As cliche as it may be I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. So as of Thursday 4th January 2018 (starting in January, even more cliche) I started following my own, self-created health and weight loss protocol to cure my IBS, improve my other chronic health conditions and lose over 50lbs. And you guys get to follow my progress and keep me accountable through this health and weight loss diary!

 

Each week I will be posting an entry about how that week has been, including important information such as my weight, what I’ve eaten and how I’m feeling. It will probably get a bit TMI and personal so if you’re not into that then maybe you should check out my other posts!

 

Starting Stats as of 4th January 2018 for my Health and Weight Loss Diary:

 

Measurements –

  • Weight: 193.6 lbs
  • Bodyfat: 36.1%
  • Right Arm: 13in
  • Left Arm: 13in
  • Chest: 43in
  • Waist: 35in
  • Hips: 46in
  • Ass: 47.5in
  • Right Thigh: 27in
  • Left Thigh: 27in

 

(I do have ‘before’ photos but I don’t quite have the courage to upload them just yet.)

 

 Chronic Health Conditions I currently have –

  • IBS-D
  • Anxiety/depression (although this is very good at the moment)
  • Chronic headaches and migraines
  •  Raynaulds Syndrome
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (again this one is behaving right now)

 

The Aim:

Weight – 135lbs

Chronic Health Conditions – None (alright, fine I don’t mind the occasional headache I suppose…)
