Week 8 of my Health and Weight Loss Dairy and it’s another week of just sticking to the plan!
I feel kind of bad continuing to publish these diary entries when there is so little to update you guys on!
This week was just another case of sticking to the plan and staying consistent. Relatively easy for me but not so exciting for you!
So I will make this a short one and just let you know how my week went!

HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS DIARY
You can find all the details of why I started this diary right here. Curing my chronic health conditions is my main priority, particularly my IBS and leaky gut. While the weight loss is more of an added bonus, but nonetheless something I’ve been trying to achieve for a while!
TIME FOR THIS WEEK’S NUMERICAL STATS:
(The first number was my week 6 stat and the second number is where I am now…)
Weight: 183.6 lbs –> 182.8 lbs
Bodyfat Percentage: 35.2% –> 36.8%
Right Arm: 12in –> 12.5in
Left Arm: 12.5in –> 12.5in
Chest: 41in –> 41.5in
Waist: 34.5in –> 35.5in
Hips: 44in –> 44.5in
Ass: 47.5in –> 47in
Right Thigh: 25in –> 25in
Left Thigh: 25.5in –> 25.5in
- 0.8 pounds lost
- 1.6% body fat percentage gained
- 2 inches gained
Well I lost weight but gained inches and body fat. Not ideal.
My eating (quantity wise) is much better but I still haven’t managed to restart exercising again and I’m pretty sure that where all the unwanted gains are coming from.
I was so consistent with my workouts for a long time but now it just seems like way too much effort for the lack of results I was getting (although realistically it was very healthy and good for me, just because the results aren’t immediately visible doesn’t mean they aren’t worth it!)
I know I need to get back on with the workouts, anyone have any exercise motivation tips?!?
HOW HAVE I BEEN FEELING?
My IBS hasn’t been too happy this week (TMI time) but I’m putting that down to be due to come on my period.
Interesting fact, many women experience abnormal pooping on or around their period, so it makes sense that it would aggravate my already unhappy gut.

Also the appointment I booked with an endocrinologist to get my hormones checked is next Friday, I’m already nervous which isn’t great for my IBS haha. So I might be a few days late in posting next week’s diary entry just because I normally do it on a Friday when my appointment is. But at least if I post after the appointment I will have something interesting to say!!
